edit ASM ?

Which game are you editing? If it's Saints Row IV and GOOH, then yes, it's easy:

ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.Stream2 has "toxml" and "toasm" commands that allow you to convert ASMs to an easily edited format.
You can also use "update" to update a specific ASM, or the package building tool can update your ASM for you.

Yup its SRIV, i need to remove some strings from an ASM so i'l convert it into an xml file
I first tried by only removing some files in the packfile i'm editing, but when re-packing, it give an error if all files are not present in the extracted-packfile...so editing the asm should do the job.
EDIT: yeah! It worked perfectly as i wanted
I edited the asm to remove some stuff (after being converted with ''toxml'') and when repacking, everything went perfectly and in-game i get what i wanted
