Editable suits / costumes / dlc stuff

i wanna get some dlc costume packs and i thought if it was possible for someone to make a mod which makes the dlc costume items and the sr iv main game costumes / suits to all be editable when i say editable i mean the colours as i liked iron saint i wanted to try it different colours and pssoibly remove the helmet or change the helmet to the sad panda helmet.

Colors = maybe, probably not. Removing and/or changing helmet = definitely not possible.
