Ok. So, I'm planning a mod that enhances free roam!
Features so far:
No notoriety.
Unlimited ammo
What I'm planning:
Unlimited Super Powers
Unlimited homie calls
More sounds to enhance the freeroam feel
How to install:
Goto your saints row folder (where the exe is)
Drag all the files in EnhancedFreeroam into root
It's simple!

If anyone can help me with my planned features, that'd be great!

You could look into it more tho, espesh the last 2 they sound pretty cool but dont know if they are possible but who knows, id also like to see it so that homies and certain weapons are not disabeld during missions :p that be pretty cool

Ooh. I'd definetly be up for trying to do that.
Also, is there a way to edit tattoos? Or where are the tattoo files? I might make a mod where there are new, higher resolution tattoos.

Ther is already a tattoo mod to :P, its pretty well done aswell id recommend looking through all the mod pages seeing whats around and if you have any questions you that use simular files to other peoples mods you can ask them where they are in the game files etc

Oh ok. Also, i've looked, and I don't see any 'disable notoriety' or 'infinite ammo' mods.
