Enter the Dominatrix 'Director's Cut' DLC Heading to Saints Row IV?

I guess I haven't researched enough but I was under the impression that Enter the Dominatrix was to be merged with IV to make the game bigger and better, but I just read this:

I really hope this doesn't turn into what the third was with so much DLC(As I recall much of it being on disc, at least many of the clothing/weapon stuff as unlock codes that you needed to pay for and not actual DLC). Makes me hesitant to pre-order honestly. I would like them to do what CD Projekt RED does but am not to hopeful.

How do you guys see this? Do you think I am just paranoid or a bit overreacting? I do remember reading articles that it was merged with IV but It seems I am mistaken...
 
When EtD and SR4 were merged, Volition had to cut a lot of content (mainly story and recorded lines related to it) and rewrite/record everything. The Director's Cut will basically be what EtD was going to be.

Interview seems to say its been dumped basically and whatever in EtD was merged. So guessing there wont be a directors cut?

The story was completely changed. The original story of EtD is going to be the dlc director's cut which is coming out as the first dlc.
 
Oh alright, I must have misinterpreted what he said in that interview is all.

I was hoping it would be included is all, at least as a pre-order bonus type of thing. Oh well, wishful thinking I suppose, Thanks for clearing it up, seems I wasn't the only one confused :)

I hope they dont make like One thousand of DLC´s of only 3 missions that sucks, i preffer expansions!
