This is basically a mod that replaces EVERYONE with Donnie from Enter The Dominatrix
To install it just extract this in the Saints Row 4 main folder where the executable is
THE MODEL HAS BEEN CHANGED BECAUSE ITS NOT OKAY TO USE STUFF FROM DLC IN THE BASE GAME
