Did you go to the police station (same one you raid with Shaundi) where Troy's office is? You should be able to start the mission there and get a call from Dex.

what do you mean? in SR1 that police station is not there, thats only in SR2 as far as I know

I did not watch the cutscene. However I changed vk09.lua file so after the mission tss03 mission would unlock, completed the mission again and then it unlocked, so I managed to finish the story. And this cutscene I just watched on youtube. Now finally I know the entire Saints row classic story 1 and 2... since 3 and 4 I rather pretend they dont exist, they went such a bad direction after 2. More like a parody.

love how dude made a snide comment as if to mock the idea that he ACTUALLY found a bug in a 2006 game you have to emulate in current year and then it actually WAS a "weird version of sr1"
