I been doing this over the weekend and I came up with an interesting night sky after tinkering with the time_of_day.xtbl file. I was also running SweetFX 2.0 to make the purple look nicer. Check out these screens! Let me know what you think!
Edit:: I stopped using SweetFX because I'm trying to get the sky color at night similar to the sky at night in Saints Row. So far I'm getting close. I wish there was a way to copy color between the Xbox 360 and the PC
