Im not sure if this will be possible within the new engine but if so that would be amazing because the Boss Factory was lacking in a lot of sliders. Being able to apply more than one facial blemish likes scars and etc. Maybe you can be able to select a certain sex/ethnicity (I saw a comment on a Boss factory video saying that it was really hard to get eyes to have an Asian look to them). Change opacity of tattoos. Ageing effects your body. Be able to wear different kinds of jewelry at the same time. This is all I can think of at the moment.
