Extendend sliders mod question

Hello,
I have a question. I installed Gentlemen of Steelport in advanced mode with extended taunts and sliders. I found the taunts but no extended sliders. Do I have to press other keys or do I have to start a new game? In the GoS directory is no readme how to use the extenden sliders mod. Please help me!

Simply go to the plastic surgeon and use them. The min/max is pretty extreme and you should be able to tell right away. Also, you don't need to sign your posts.
