Fulfilled Extra cash for gang kills and

I've fairly new to modding, this is my first game I've modded. If someone can make the cash for "gang kills" $100 (or $75) instead of $10. I have been looking and couldn't find what to edit, or if someone could send me a vanilla file I will edit it myself. I had other tweaks in mind but all I really need is the file. Or someone to lay a base down and I can work off of it. It will be an essential part of my immersion mod I am working with. The goal is to make going on long rampages worth the while because I have modded the property prices to fit into a higher economy
