"Feel Boss"

I've been wondering it throughout the whole game, right from when I heard it to when I saved Shaundi from being blown to smithereens. What does it mean? I get the impression that it's some dirty hobo orgy type-thing.
 
Sure they weren't saying something like "How do you feel, boss"? They usually call you boss since your character doesn't have an official name (except "The leader of the 3rd street saints")

If it was "feeling boss" the idea is to feel superior, very good at least. Like a million dollars (or at least level 50). My guess is it's related to like a boss at least number 4 (which came from 3 and 1)
 
Naw, at the beginning of a game a dirty man is holding up a cardboard sign saying "Feel Boss - $5"

Boss asks Shaundi what it means and she says "You don't want to know"
 
Oh, yeah.

It means pretty much what I said. The basic implication is ther guy is offering some sort of sex act to make you 'feel great' for $5. Hence Shaundi replies "You don't want to know".
 
When I lived in Tampa, I found myself homeless for a few months. In the tent cities of this area (when they existed.) you had people come up to you asking if you were looking for Feel Boss. 10 times out of 10 they were selling crack. Keep in mind this was in 2004.

As far as SR3 goes, until that Irish scamp Shaundi said "You really don't want to know." At first thought that homeless guy was a drug dealer. After that I imagined it being either a oral, or manual sexual act performed on a male involving a penetrator.
 
It probably means that he is offering you sex with you being the dominant one.
