There hasn't been any info to confirm what character the female outfit in the Anime Pack is referencing. Many have said Miku because of the hair style, but personally I think it looks more like Mine from Akame Ga Kill. What do you guys think?

I always assumed it was just meant to be a generic amalgamation of anime girl tropes, but clearly not. Not one I've watched!

Tatsumi's friends die, he nearly gets killed by the Murasame - Akame's Teigu.
Shere (Sheele) dies.
Braht (Bulat) dies, Tatsumi gets Incursio, Braht's Teigu, from him.
Esdese (Esdeath) gets a crush on Tatsumi.
Esdese creates a special hunting group, the "Jaegers", made to hunt crime, including Night Raid, not knowing Tatsumi is member of Night Raid.
Bors (Bols), part of the Jaegers, dies.
Chelsea dies by the puppets Kurome, Akame's younger (evil) sister brought to life with Yatsufasa, her Teigu.
Mein (Mine) nearly dies, but gets saved by Tatsumi.
Mein falls in love with Tatsumi.
Susanoo (or Suu) dies.
Mein confesses to Tatsumi, they get in a relationship.
Tatsumi and Rabac get captured by Shura (Syula).
Rabac (Lubbock) dies.
Tatsumi rejects Esdese while being held captive.
Esdese decides to execute Tatsumi publicly.
Esdese can't kill Tatsumi, because of the smile Tatsumi makes.
Mein comes to save Tatsumi.
Pumpkin, Mein's Teigu become so strong, it's never been witnessed by anyone - the worse situation the wielder of Pumpkin is in, the stronger the gun becomes.
That's about where the manga is up to now...

I haven't read the manga however I'd personally be glad that the anime is different, gives you something to look forward to.
An official response from a dev would be nice, however it's most likely a coincidence. I just thought it was pretty similar and worth sharing.
