Female Decker Specialist outfit is broken

Has anyone figure out how to get the glow effect working for a color of your choosing on the female Decker Specialist outfit? I can get a pink glow effect when I save the outfit and equip it that way but I cannot figure out how to get any other colors to work. The other Decker outfits at least seem to glow blue like they are supposed to, just the Specialist one seems broken. So many of these sort of bugs really make it look like they rushed this.

No I picked the default blue color when I saved the outfit. In the outfit preview of those saved outfits it shows up as neon green but when I equip it and show up in the world it ends up being pink.
