Anyways, by request I am going to post this here. What it does is give a MUCH higher probability that peds (and you) will be launched from their cars on impact (collisions still need to be head-on). Since it uses "tweak_table.xtbl" there are instructions in the ReadMe file that will tell you how to get the same effect as this mod in any other mod that uses tweak_table.xtbl
Oh, and I hearby grant blanket permission for others to use this tweak_table.xtbl for any purpose whatsoever (even make other mods based on it, and post them) without asking my permission. I hope that sits well with the Forum Rules
