Fight club?

Is there any way you guys could make an arena fight club type thing where if you progress in levels, then new melee weapons are added like Saints Row 2?
No guns!

The murderbrawl arena would be the ideal setting for something like this, but I have no idea how to approach it, or if it's even possible. Probably not.

Volition has said there is zero chance for mod tools. There is no way it will happen.

And before you get angry at them, it's not really their fault. It's a liscencing/rights issue. Lots of game developers use middleware somewhere along the line.. and since their tools need to pack to the game, they include all that code too, which means it can't be redistributed because the middleware prohibits that.

As for adding the fight club back, I've been lightly poking at the way the game works, but it's seeming like an inordinate amount of game code is stashed somewhere in the exe, which means unless code for that specifc thing was left in probably not.

I think i may have found a fun way you can do this......... If you use the Z+RIGHT(MURDERBRAWL RING) code in Sandbox While having 1,2, or 3 followers. It teleports them in the ring as well... So what you could do is use the pedestrian war cheat and put on super saints.... Your followers will attack you in the ring and you can box it out and keep on bashing them. I found it pretty fun tbh... Especially if you tele to the ring with a luchadore homie or 2, or 3
