Finding Character Clothing Textures

Hi there, and thank you for creating such fantastic tools to unpack/pack game assets for the purposes of modding!

I had a question though - I cannot seem to find the textures for the character clothing. I can get to the armband, underwear, and unclothed bodies, but I have been having a very difficult time finding the main character's clothing textures. I would have though it would be in the customize_item package since it contains .cmorph files with the names of all the clothing/accessories, but I noticed that isn't a part of the gibbedSR3 extracting tools.

Is editing these files possible? While searching the forum i noticed that one user found a top with an alpha channel and started playing with that - I must have missed something.

Also, offhand does anyone know of a bottom with an alpha channel?

You can't edit the .cmorph files, but assuming you're referring to the files you extracted from the .str2_pc file, we already have tools for that. Just look up "SR3 Texture Utilities" in the Tool Releases forum. It's by a lad named scanti. For a bottom with an alpha channel, my guess would be the cowboy pants from Let's Pretend, but I haven't checked, so I'm not sure on that one.

I didn't realize all of those files like custmesh_-848255404f.str2_pc were the clothing items! I feel a bit silly now but I never would have figured it out if it hadn't been for you. Thanks a ton!
