can we make the fire last longer and maybe spread, like gta sa did? please let me know

that is a great idea, but without sufficient modding software it is improbable that this mod will become a reality, but, it is a good idea for gta 4 because you may be able to port the fire and effects over to gta 4, but sr3 uses different game engines to the ones rockstar use so it would be improbable for this to work.
