For saints row 1 is there an easier way to merge mods that are in the same .xtbl in table file editor, or is the winmerge method the only way?

When i download the m16 mod i only get that, and it is located in weapons .xtbl and so is the n64 stun gun mod

Is there a easy way to merge both xtbl or do i have to use the win merge method?

also when playing with friends on multiplayer, how do i make everyone in a multiplayer match spawn with the weapons i choose?
