Force Saints Row 2 in High Priority?

When ever i run the game and set it to high priority in the Task Menu it reverts itself to "Normal", is there any way to force SR2 into High Priority?
 
I know there was a small tool that does that, but I forgot which it is...

Also, it's prnwatch, not pornwatch so don't worry about anything sexual.
 
I am currently using that tool, for some odd reason SR2 refuses to set the Priority to high... i cant even save with "Priority Save", so who knows what its causing it and why it refuses to change priority.
 
Yeah, that's why I said "this used to help", because it USED to.

I think the fault is on the program mostly, not the game. If only I could remember that damn Task Manager expansion tool.
