So I've searched and browsed the forum for for help with this issue, and while I've found similar problems, I haven't sound a solution for mine yet, so I apologize in advance if this thread already exists.
I just purchased this game through Steam today and ran into this: Often during gameplay, I experience "Stuttering". I first noticed it when every time I would get a head shot, the game would stutter. Almost like a mini freeze that lasts a fraction of a second. Not a big deal at first but then it became more frequent. When I did the mission where I protected Pierce from a helicopter with an RPG, it would happen whenever I blew a car up. Tanks missions are horrible. Every blast causes a prolonged stutter.The only thing I've tried to fix this so far is reducing performance settings from the recommended setting (Ultra) to High. No change. And of course I have tried restarting the game.
