yea. every time i try to install it nothing is changed, nothing at all, i tried a lot of things. either that or it changes stuff that i don't see or have noticed, does anyone know how to fix this?

If you don't see any new gang customization types, then the files are likely not in the right folder. You need to choose one of the subfolders of the GPO mod and put those files into the root of your SRTT install with the exe. You can't just put the folder itself there.
 
im having the same problem ive put the files in the SRTT root but now it says my game is unavailable my other games work fine so its not steam i suspect that its because i didnt install the files with the exe but i dont know what you mean by that i remember seeing that option somewhere but i dont remember where lol
 
Steam saying your game is unavailable has absolutely nothing to do with mods. That's just a problem with Steam's verification servers probably under heavy load during the winter sale.
 
ahhh i see so i should just wait a couple hours or day(s) then. so for future reference with .xtbl subfolders or subfolders in general i should only put the files into the game roots?
