Ever felt the gangs were too organized in Stilwater? this mod changes that to be a little bit more realistic.

Unpack misc and misc2 and then replace the files and then repack and you should be good to go.

Me personally I just use PhantasyrowSDK to mod the game. It comes with a mod folder and tools to unpack the games files to insert mods.

oh ok ill look that up.
i think i realized why theres no game directory in xenias folders.
its because i never installed the games, i just hit the play button play them from my virtual dvd drive
