We all agree that we need a way to look like Professor Genki. But, he is an npc, and his clothing cannot be worn by the player.
I have a far out possible fix for that.
If at all possible, someone could make Genki's mesh clothing. Kind of like how the toilet and doll work. If it cannot be done, simply post so, and leave. If you think it can be done, then do it.

You still don't understand how npc clothing works. The toilet and the blow up doll are actually wearable clothes. The genki stuff is not. End of story and against the mod request rules. Locking thread.
