Gentlemen of Steelport mod issue

I've tried this about two months back and had the same issue. My character's face is completely fucked.

I've already tried what this person posted with no luck.

I've had roughly 10-15 individual mods installed but figured GoS would be a better alternative as it is easier to deal with, but, this is a problem.

Are you sure you haven't installed the extended sliders optional mod? That will drastically change your character's appearance since the slider values are much different.

I've tried with extended sliders, and without it. Without GoS, the face is fine. With is a different issue.

Can you try selecting only one mod at a time and try to find which one is causing it?

Hate to bump this again but I believe I found the problem. After deleting some old files/mods from my folder, I forgot that patch_compressed was there, I removed the modded versions and re-placed them with my back-ups. I did remove some other files but, I went out on a hunch thinking it may've been the patch_compressed files;
