Ghost city Steelport/no pedestrians/empty map

Hi!
Was just wondering if there's a possibility to remove everyone from steelport except you
Is it possible? Maybe on sandbox +?

Possible and also I made special command for sandbox+ which removes traffic.

this glitch for ghost town can be done by death of above then ghost town activated then teleport anywere and now it's ghost town mode.

But there nothing to do in ghost town anyways except play with your homies

yea i know that glitch but the problem is that it only lasts for short period of time.
Would be awesome if someone added this to sandbox ^.^

if you do death from above then teleport anywhere like to gateway while its ghost town of a short minute this be come ghost town forever unless you want to do death from above again to restore people and cars in the city.
The strange glitch i found was image as design since i turn on insane city that become ghost town with nothing to do, because image as design may trigger ghost town and i have to load up my save file. Ghost town glitch is boring if there's no cars to drive with it or homies to call

well, its the old video with death from above that works for me in the ps3. i also did this on the pc too but not too much
