Gibbed.SaintsRow3.UnpackVPP.exe crashing

Hello i am new so sorry if i opened this on a wrong category.
So i read the gibbed modding tool thread but when i pull the .vpp_pc file on Gibbed.SaintsRow3.UnpackVPP.exe a cmd window comes up and another window comes and it says "Gibbed.SaintsRow3.UnpackVPP.exe stopped working" i tried the other releases too but still not working.
I was trying to unpack the items.vpp_pc (for non-commerical use) can you please help?
 
I downloaded exactly from there and i have .NET framework 4 installed but repairing it may fix it i let you know if it works or not.
 
I confirmed that the latest tools do unpack items.vpp_pc correctly. Also, moving thread to the Help and Troubleshooting subforum.
