Glitched gun as a mod

On my first savegame I have a gun.

You can't buy it, upgrade it, change skin or buy ammo.

This gun's in pistols menu but it shots like "laser uzi"

Is it possible to make a mod adding this gun to game?
(sorry for bad english)

I get this weapon without any mods or cheats. I don't know how this gun appeared in my eq (only on one savegame (first created))
