GOTR changed the language in SR2

So, I just installed GOTR after installing SR2 again after a long time, and now the language has been set to dutch (my native language).
I can't find any options to change this, which really bugs me, because around here, only games for children are in dutch. Saints Row 2 in dutch makes me feel like a 12 year old.
Does anybody know how to fix this?

PS: Yes, I did play the game before I installed GOTR and it was in english, and yes, I have played SR2 with GOTR before, but that was a long time ago, when it was just released, so I have no idea if this new version changes anything language-wise.
 
GotR was designed to be multilingual and the game will default to whatever your computer language is set to since it now has all the language files. There's a file included with GotR named Command line parameters and multilanguage support.txt located in the \Reference subfolder that contains startup parameters you can use to set the game to whatever language you want. To force the language to English, simply add this launch option:
forcelang_en
