GotR Preload Fixes

This preload.tbl fixes a couple of issues in Gentlemen Of The Row's preload.tbl.

---

FIXES:

- "softdrink.smesh" has replaced "cigarette.smesh".​

This fixes crashing when using a drink item (such as the "Big Swallow" from Freckle Bitch's).​

"cigarettelife.smesh" is still preloaded. "cigarette.smesh" was not being used.​

- "shell.smesh" has replaced "coffeecupplastic.smesh".​

This fixes an issue where shooting guns would crash the game after implementing the previous fix.​

Essentially, the ejected shell casings weren't loading. So "shell.smesh" has been given higher priority.​

"coffeecupplastic.smesh" was not being used.​

- Duplicates of SaintsRowCD files have been removed.​

I'm unsure why they were here in the first place. They're completely unneccessary.​

INSTALLATION:
(This mod is GotR only.)

1. COPY the preload.tbl file provided by this mod.
2. PASTE into "Gentlemen_of_the_Row_Saints_Row_2_Super_Mod_v1.9.2\optional_mod_stuff\1-MODDERS_-_PUT_YOUR_OWN_PERSONAL_MODS_HERE".

(The preload.tbl in your patch.vpp_pc will override the one in your Saints Row 2 root directory. DO NOT place this preload.tbl in your root directory or it will be overwritten every time you install your generated GotR patch files.)​

3. Rebuild your Gentlemen Of The Row custom patch by double-clicking "Create_Custom_GotR_v1.9.2.bat" and following the instructions.
4. Move the newly created contents of "MY_CUSTOM_PATCH" into your Saints Row 2 root folder (Where SR2_pc.exe is located.).
5. Launch Saints Row 2, and enjoy a nice Big Swallow!

sorry for my computer illiteracy. would replacing "cigarette" with "softdrink" mean no one (both our character and npc) can smoke (or do any action resembling smoking, or no more cigarette appears on hand" anymore?

"cigarettelife.smesh" is still preloaded. "cigarette.smesh" was not being used.

cigarette.smesh isn't actually used by anything in items_3d.xtbl. So to my knowledge, it can't appear in-game, so doesn't need to be preloaded.
cigarettelife.smesh is used though, and is what you're thinking of. It is still preloaded, so it will still appear in-game.
