What I would like to know is why cant i go to clothing stores or use the wardrobe when i am transformed into another npc with GoTR? If its possible how?

No idea on that one. That was some black magic unused stuff that we put in. Something is happening behind the scenes whenever it's activated, but damned if I know what.
ok. btw where do i find the latest version of sandbox+? The attatchment i downloaded from ur forum post seems to be the old one

It's in the latest release of GotR. Just use the menu option in the misc menu to install it.
