Grand Finale freezes

Hello guys, the problem is, when I'm playing grand finale mission, game freezes after 5-10 minutes of playing this mission. When I'm free-roaming, game works just fine.
Any ideas?
P.S. I don't use any of alien-tech weapons

Where is it freezing?
What mods are you running?
If you remove those mods does it still freeze?

I used mod that increases generator disabling speed, now i removed it and it still freezes.
It freezes randomly. Can freeze during the cutscene, can freeze during some fights

I had this issue too, lowering the graphics helped a lot with stability. If you can, do that.
