I don't know if a mod like this would be possible, but I feel almost all open-world games like this really could use a grappling hook. Like the one in Just Cause 2. I've seen mods like this for other games (I believe GTA V had one) and SR3 is one of my most played games on Steam so a mod like this would really add more to the game. (sorry if this has already been requested or it's already in progress, I spent a lot of time googling and found nothing)

I would've, but I was kinda in a rush at the time so I couldn't sit through all the requests, and I assumed if I couldn't find anything on Google I most likely couldn't find it already requested
