I don't know how modding in this game is as compared to, say, Fallout 3/NV or TES IV Oblivion / TES V Skyrim . So I don't know if this is even possible. Some odd unexplained reason some game developer decided it would be a brilliant idea that while sitting in the door of a helicopter protecting a fellow gang member in a car below, that the rocket launcher would be the best weapon to use. It isn't, its a terrible weapon to use, one mis-shot (easy to do especially if the pilot turns just as you fire) and you blow up your fellow gang member. Is there a way to sub out the rocket launcher for, oh, a mounted Vulcan cannon or smg or something *better* ?
