hair request

ok, before i explain, im not shure if hair requires its own mesh or whatever. that is all. ok. you know how in sr2 their was a faux hawk haircut? i think it would be really cool to have one of those haircuts in game. i know that npc deckers have it. but idk if it can somehow be removes and placed with the normal hair as a choice to have as hair.

There is no way to use any npc clothing or body features like hair for the player. Requests like this are simply not possible without mesh tools.
