Hair with hats

As the title says, I'm wondering if there's any chance of having your origianl hair with a hat. I've uploaded a picture to demonstrate. In the picture you can see the braided pigtails with the hat, but this was only during the upload it looked like this. After the upload was finnished it reversed back to normal.

My guess is that this is not possible without the official tools from Volition, but I'd like to ask here on the forum.

I made this work so for anyone wondering how I'll upload an image here.
EDIT: I did this with notepad btw. And I forgot to mention that I searched in the file for "pigtails", because I wanted to change that specific hair.
