har with hats

i use the cruse in haircut on my character, and i get really annoyed when i wear a ha and it doesnt show the long hair. instead it just shows a buzz-cut. and on my character, i use hats frequently. so it annoys me even more so. if there is a mod that removes the long/big hair restriction, i would greatly appreciate it.
