I suppose the title describes it as is but basically I am curious as to whether that is possible and if so, if anyone could be kind enough to make such a mod. Also if its been done before and I somehow missed it I would very much appreciate a link to it.

There's a mod that does that for SR:TT. But after trying it for SRIV, I found it had unintended side effects. What I did was open up the customization_items file with Notepad++ and use the find/replace option to delete the 'hathair' bits from all the lines. However, there very well may be a more practical method. That one just works for me. If you need any help let me know! And remember, Notepad++ is your friend.
