Having Issues

now the problem is that when I try to play I go through all the stuff on the main menu new game all that stuff so when it's time to start loading so I can start playing screen goes black and then I get an error saying the saints row the third stop working correctly and windows will notify you when a solution has been found

Does it display the loading icon in the corner before it crashes? Do you have any mods installed?

yea it have the icon display in the lower left corner..........and no I don't have any mods installed at the moment

Are you running the Fully legal Steam version of the game?

yes I am I purchased it yesterday through stream

If you try playing in DirectX 9 mode instead of 10/11 what happens?

the same thing but instead I can actually see the barrel of the shotgun and then it do the same thing if I was to play using directx 10/11

When it crashes while loading like that, it's usually because of some conflicting mods or bad files. Maybe try verifying the game cache integrity in Steam.

I did that and everything verified okay

I don't know what else to try except, like, driver updates.
