Heavy weapons speed too (normal speed) HELP

Hey guys just need to know the code that will make handling heavy weapons walk slow like vanilla again. Eg. <Flag>Allow heavy weapon speed</Flag> because I have added mods from this site that have made my character move at a normal speed (like a smg) but with a minigun, its unrealistic and im bummed out as to what is causing it.
