helicopters disabled

what mod did i install by gentlemans to disable helicopters so i can avoid installing it?:/ i have steam saints btw cuz no missions with helicopters work propperly

You probably installed the mod that converts the helicopters into boats so that you can customize them at the dock. After you customize them and save your game then you need to rebuild GoS WITHOUT that mod so that they function as helicopters again.
