Hellblazing Activity Bug

When play the hellblazing activity in loyal dane or any other mission that gives you hellblazing, the game automatically just disappear. It doesn't say not responding or anything, it just disappear and i have to start the over and over! Please help me!
 
It's working fine for me. If you have installed any mods, temp remove them and start the activity again.

At last, make sure you have Steam version.
