help i can't seem to extract customize_item.vpp_pc

i can't seem to extract customize_item, attempting to etract it causes ThomasJepp.SaintsRow.ExtractPackfileGUI.exe to crash. customize_player.vpp_pc and items.vpp_pc extract just fine
