Help me to get "sr3_city_1.vpp_pc" file please :(

If you accidentally deleted it from "\packfiles\pc\cache", try to verify game files integrity via Steam. There's no need to wait for somebody's mails.
 
yeh its large. .. i have the game when i try to run the installation it starts to extract in a while occurs a erro saying that file corupted or damaged something like that. .
 
And if that doesn't work, which can sometimes happen if a file is gone and Steam is just doing a quick verify (I've had this happen, don't ask why or how), right click on thwe game and go 'delete local files'. Then download it again.
 
ive installed the game n steam too.. .ande when i open the steam (it should automatically add the game right??) bt it says we cam up empty etc. . .
and can you give me a free download link that have no problems with the game when i install it. . .
