I do not know how I did it and I can not get back to normal I'd try to uninstall the game but I would take to download again, I went to install a mod the game open but out of nowhere it crashes (I Brazilian so I had to use the google translate =))

The mod files should go in C:\Arquivos de Programas (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\Common\Saints Row The Third, not cache, so just move the files to the Saints Row the Third folder and it should work unless you have other mods that use the same file.

ok, I will delete and reinstall because I noticed it was missing a file
