*Help Merging Mods*

Hi, guys.

I'm new to these forums, and am a huge Saints Row Modder.
No, I don't make mods, I use them... LOL.

I've come across a few problems, when trying to play with mods, such as having multiple Tweak Table Files, and multiple SR3City Files, not being able to use both unless I merge the files.

The problem is, I don't know how to merge, and yes, I have looked at the thread on how to merge.
I just can't figure it out.

Could someone merge these for me?

Well, one way you could "merge" the two files is if you had a program that identifies which parts have changed in each file. Then all you would have to do is add the additional code from one of the mod files into the other through notepad. Search "WINmerge" on Google or some other search site; I use it and it is a very good program for determining changes in files (especially how I use it to find the changes made between modded files and the originals).
