Help Modding Weapon

I am trying to make the Thumpgun (Reynold .50 CAL skin) fire faster but I can't figure out how to do that. Someone please help! Thanks!

Open up your weapons.xtbl, search for Rifle-Thumpgun, scroll down to line 5328 and lower the value of 350, the lower you go, the faster the weapon fires.
