Help!!!!!

I got an idea but im not smart enough to go through with it ill prolly f*** it up, for all those that want like new weapons and cloths and stuff without replacing stuff, would it be possiable we could all work together and build a pregram where we can create new cloths, guns, cars, and even locations. i was told there isn't a program where we can do that stuff yet, but im sure im not the only one that wants this stuff, and lets admot the dlcs have new stuff in em' but there usually kinda stupid, so i mean, it won't be easy but wouldn't there be a way to creat the program, or even mimick the program that volitition uses to make the game and its dlc, to add our own stuff. im just curiouse if it could be done or if we're all gonna have to live with the game the way it is?

Just be patient. We all do this for personal fun at our own pace. Everything you're talking about is being actively worked on, and posting how we should "all work together" isn't going to do anybody any good. Perhaps even the opposite.
