..its just that i'm not english either, so its a bit harder but its ok lol

Look over there for textures editing. Its not the best tuto i've seen, but it explains pretty good basics..

But if you meen you want to replace in SRIV, Shaundi's clothes with the one in SRTT, i dont have SRTT but i'm pretty sure you just have to swith the models and textures. You'il need the right tools for manipulating the packfiles.
