When I go into the menu and look under challenges it says I have completed 62/65 , but when I look through the available challenges there doesn't seem to be any I haven't done. So where can I find the progress for those secret challenges? Experimental Tech for example.

I believe that my be the achievement counting. Not the Challenge.

Experimental Tech is also an achievement. Are you sure you haven't completed every challenge? Like cruise the city in an alien vehicle?
Yeah I was thinking it was for the achievement, but it still doesn't explain why it says 63/65 but when I scroll through the list they all say they are done.
Achievement #65 is to complete all the other challenges, so you're only missing one achievement. Have you used any mods to make getting achievements easier? Check to see if you have anything like "Warden Kills 13/10" and if so, kill another warden. If you used a mod and the achievement was already completed, sometimes it doesn't count it until you force an update.

But I doubt those last two would have any inference with the challenges.
EDIT: You were right there Xavier78 there was indeed some hidden (or should I say Disabled) challenges. I'm gonna see if I can reactivate them and do them for fun.
