i can help you cuz im creating also mod that changes anims
so first:
you cant change walking anim and running anim
only running anim is supported but this gonna change you walking anim too (that means that running and walking have the same animation)

you can edit the file with notepad notepad++ or worldpad
all anims are listened in anim_files xbtl

i think i helped
if you dont know how to edit this then you should wait for my mod

what? i though that it isnt possible cuz when i change run anim it displays the same anim on walking
and i really want gang female walking animation with the gun for female player

i was trying and trying and no luck
when i change running anim it changes my walking animation to the same anim but with like slowmotion speed
and when i change walking anim then nothing happens example:

even i was disabling powers but still no luck
